Mmmmmm

My house smells so good right now.

Today The Cooking Husband made a pumpkin pie, green bean cassarole, and stuffing. The stuffing is full of sage, sausage, walnuts, celery and the green bean cassarole has roasted garlic in it this year. Mmmmmm. We'll be packing up the side dishes and take them a half hour away to my parents house tomorrow morning. There, The Cooking Husband will make the turkey and white cheddar mashed potatoes while my sister and I crochet small stuffed animals and watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. My Dad will probably nap and hover around the kitchen. My mom works in a hospital so she's on shift until 3pm and we'll eat after she gets home. I am definitly looking forward to some relaxation, watching some goofy parade stuff, and eating delicious things.

Maybe I'll have to post a play by play of the Parade or something ... I haven't missed a Thanksgiving Parade yet :)
